After reading Ras & Hafiz post, before posting my experiences, I have so many things that I would like to share.

To Hafiz & Ras,
Maaf Zahir Batin. Do forgive me for all my mistakes and wrongdoings in any part of the project. I acknowledge the insufficiency in the project, and would welcome any suggestions for the future, feedbacks and most importantly, criticism.

As the sole organizer and leader of the project, I have learned so much. I have learned much more about my responsibility as a leader.
My responsibility in keeping sure everyone of the team is together at all times, my responsibility in making sure every steps and details to be planned thoroughly with ample buffer time, my responsibility in making the right and wisest decision at any given moment of time.
Now, I fully understood and experienced the term responsibility which comes with leadership.

I will look into each actions I have taken of my mistakes, and make every lesson my teacher in life.

I am thankful for what this lesson have taught me.

To Chin Soon,

:) I believe in treating everyone equally. No apologies is needed, rather, I view it as a given opportunity to look into my own mistakes to become a better leader in the future. At the end of the day, when I found out that you were safe, that was all that mattered.
